At Sierra Trading Post, we’re proud to have great deals on great brands. Each week, we’ll be showcasing one of our favorite brands in a Brand Spotlight so you can stay up to date with what’s hot at 35-70% off.
When Wayne Gregory designed his first backpack as a Boy Scout at the age of 14, he couldn’t have known where it would lead him. After taking several jobs with gear companies and opening, then closing, an external frame pack company of his own, he finally founded Gregory Mountain Products in 1977 – and the rest is history. Or maybe that’s the history. Either way, Gregory has always been about top-quality fit and performance. The Surf for All foundation, a nonprofit organization that teaches children with disabilities to surf, celebrates similar successes.

Sierra Trading Post would be nothing without the support and loyalty of our customers. From day one, (over 23 years ago) we’ve put our customers first and have always believed that to be the key to our success.
To test our theory, we decided to reach out to our most loyal friends, those who have been shopping with us for years. We wanted to get to know them, hear their stories and learn about their experiences with Sierra Trading Post. So we sent them each a letter asking them to share their MySTP Story, or the reason they’ve been shopping with us for so long. Here’s what long-time customer Sandra had to say…
MySTP Story: Sandra’s Experience…
