I don't have a non-cycling wife, so I'm useless. He sent me this plea: I need help! Lots. A long time dream is to ride cross country but this is one time where being a dedicated hubby of 43 years with a non cycling wife poses a bit of a challenge (I don't have problems, only challenges). Has anyone made the transcontinental trip with a spouse who is not a cyclist? I have suggested that we go together, my wife driving to provide companionship and support while I ride but this has been met with less than great enthusiasm.
