Extreme Bathing – Take a Bath on the Edge
April Fool’s Day was a tough day to be an internet surfer. Pranks and jokes were the name of the game and in some cases, it was hard to tell what was real and what was not.
My favorite April Fool’s Day post, other than our own of course, was the one over at National Geographic Adventure Blog about “extreme bathing.”
NG Adventure reported on an extreme bathing club in Saskatchewan – The Society of Extreme Bathers. The Society’s mission, according to NG Adventure, is “to bathe in as precarious and picturesque a spot as possible.”
They claimed the most notorious of all extreme bathers is a man named Charles Whipple, who recently bathed on the cliffs of Mt. Redoubt in Alaska. You know, the volcano that just exploded! NG Adventure photoshopped a pretty convincing picture to go along with the post. Hilarious.
That’s what April Fool’s Day is all about – good, clean fun.

I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don’t know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.
