Another Winter X Games, another gold medal for Shaun White. Easily outperforming the competition, White pulled a 1260 in his final run yesterday to take the Men’s Snowboard Superpipe gold.
“The big thing I remember was doing the backside (900), and I landed and I’m going at that wall and I just wanted to spin as hard as I could,” White said of his big trick. “Riding away from that was the best feeling ever,” White added.
This is White’s third gold medal in the Superpipe, 7th gold overall, and 14th ESPN X Games medal. He wasn’t the only one to win his 7th gold at the X Games, though. Tanner Hall took his 7th gold in the Ski Superpipe Finals on Thursday, setting the record until White tied it on Sunday.

I remember Mr. White on Regis one day. I first thought it was Carrot Top! He was actually way funnier than Carrot Top, AND he can snowboard like a Gold Metal winner. I’d like to meet him.
